Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TTRecon ("we," "us") provides a paid research console that surfaces public information about TikTok accounts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service can and can't do

We want you to know exactly what you're paying for before you subscribe. The service is a read-only research console for public TikTok data. Nothing more.

What it can do

  • Pull public profile data for any TikTok handle — bio, region, language, follower/following counts, video count, verification, and lifecycle metadata.
  • Run a full analysis on a public account — engagement rate, viral-potential score, posting heatmap, top-performing videos, and music usage.
  • List active stories on a public account, with view counts, like counts, and expiry windows.
  • Export a public account's following list to CSV (up to roughly two thousand entries per export).
  • Archive every comment on a public TikTok video URL, filter by username, and export to CSV.
  • Inspect which sign-in methods (Google, Apple, email, phone, password, passkey) are configured on a public account — only what TikTok itself exposes.
  • Reverse-lookup an email address or phone number to a TikTok username, when a match exists. Every lookup is logged and tied to your account.
  • Pin accounts to a 24/7 tracker that emails you a digest when username, nickname, avatar, bio, follower count, or privacy state changes (cadence depends on tier).

What it cannot do

  • We do not log into TikTok on your behalf and never ask for your TikTok password, session token, or 2FA code.
  • We are read-only. We do not post, comment, like, follow, unfollow, message, edit, or delete anything on TikTok — for you or for anyone else.
  • We cannot see content from private accounts (private videos, private stories, private follower/following lists are off-limits).
  • We cannot recover deleted accounts, deleted videos, deleted comments, or expired stories.
  • We do not read or decrypt TikTok direct messages, drafts, or any non-public inbox content.
  • We do not bypass region locks, age gates, shadow bans, or any other TikTok privacy or safety setting.
  • Data is not real-time. It is fetched on demand from third-party sources and may be incomplete, cached, or stale. We make no guarantee of accuracy.
  • The Email/Phone lookup returns a TikTok username when one is matched. It does not reveal real names, home addresses, precise locations, IDs, or any private contact information we do not already have.
  • We do not offer a public API, webhooks, raw data exports beyond the CSVs above, or programmatic feeds. The product is a web UI plus tracker email digests.
  • We do not offer a native mobile app (the site is mobile-friendly, but it is a website), team or multi-seat accounts, white-label resale, or custom enterprise integrations.
  • We do not roll over unused daily or monthly quota, and we do not issue refunds. Cancel anytime from the billing portal to stop future charges.

If a feature you need isn't on the "can do" list above, this isn't the right tool for you — please do not subscribe expecting it. If you're unsure whether a use case is supported, email support before paying and we'll tell you honestly.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • harass, dox, stalk, threaten, or otherwise harm any person;
  • build a profile of a real person tied to data they did not make public;
  • circumvent rate limits, share credentials, or scrape the service;
  • resell or redistribute raw data obtained from the service;
  • violate TikTok's Terms or any applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA, CFAA).

The Email/Phone reverse-lookup tool is restricted to information about an individual you are personally researching with a lawful purpose. Use of this tool is logged.

4. Data sources & accuracy

Data shown is fetched on demand from third-party sources and may be incomplete, stale, or inaccurate. You agree not to rely on it for legal, financial, employment, journalistic, or safety decisions without independent verification.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal to stop future charges. Charges are processed by Stripe. Where local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, that right still applies.

6. Account security

Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these Terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the console at least 14 days before they take effect.
